Our vacation cottages are a great alternative to hotel or condominium vacations.

Why stay in a 200 square foot standard hotel room, when you can have more than 400 square feet of private living space, with many different sleeping configurations.

All of our Vacation Cottages feature a fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. The full size bath is complete with towels. A starter pack of coffee and toiletries is also provided.

In addition, your vacation cottage is equipped with 22 channels of cable TV, central A/C, and fresh linens. Our homes can accommodate two guests comfortably (maximum four) in our one-bedroom models and up to 4 guests comfortably (maximum 6) in our two-bedroom models. Our loft models are furnished with a Queen bed, sleeper sofa, and Queen size mattress in the loft giving you extra living space with the flexibility for sleeping arrangements for up to 6 guests. Enjoy the great tropical Florida weather while dining al fresco on your spacious deck.

All of our cottages are non-smoking and some cottages allow pets (maximum 2). There is an additional non-refundable pet fee of $50 per week ($75 per week for Platinum cottages). A refundable pet deposit is also required - $300 for Platinum cottages and $150 for all other cottages.

Whether you are here for an active vacation or just want to relax, we have a perfect cottage for you. You can sneak a siesta or spend some time lazing about on your private spacious deck reviewing the day's photos from your digital camera.

Platinum

These 500 sq. ft. cottages are our most luxurious on the resort. They are newer and furnished with upgraded appliances and furniture. These high-end cottages have all the comforts of home with a large open, outside deck to enjoy the Florida sunshine.

One Bedroom - These homes offer high end quality accommodations, with a large bedroom and a pull-out couch, these homes can sleep up to 4 people. These homes do not accommodate pets.

Two Bedroom - These homes offer the same high end quality amenities but with two separated bedrooms and a pull-out couch they can sleep up to 6 people. These homes do not accommodate pets.

Premium

Our Premium cottages are a great value offering newer amenities and furniture. These newer homes are very clean and are fully furnished with an outside open deck to enjoy the sun.

One Bedroom - These beautiful one bedroom homes have a large bedroom with a pull-out couch in the living room to maximize space and can sleep up to 4 people. These homes do not accommodate pets.

One Bedroom W/ Loft - These beautiful homes have a main bedroom with a pull-out couch in the living room as well as a loft and can sleep up to 6 people. These homes do not accommodate pets.

Two Bedroom - These beautiful homes have two separated bedrooms with a pull-out couch in the living room and can sleep up to 6 people comfortably.

Standard

The Standard cottages are our most economical homes. These basic homes are fully furnished and have an outside open deck to enjoy the sun.

Studio - These homes are efficiencies that offer everything needed to make the most of your vacation. With two beds in the main room, a pull-out couch and a loft; these homes can sleep up to 6 people. Some of these homes allow pets.

Two Bedroom - These homes provide a private and fun tropical setting to make the most of your vacation. With two separated bedrooms, a pull-out couch and a loft; these homes can sleep up to 6 people. Some of these homes allow pets.
