How do we find Tropical Palms?
From North Florida take I-75 to the Florida Turnpike South. Take Turnpike to I-4 west. Take I-4 West To Exit 64. As you go up the ramp, the exit will split, bear left and go east onto Hwy 192E. Go one mile east and make a right hand turn at Holiday Trail. Follow to the end of the road into Tropical Palms.
From South Florida take the Florida Turnpike North. Take Turnpike to I-4 west. Take I-4 West To Exit 64. As you go up the ramp, the exit will split, bear left and go east onto Hwy 192E. Go one mile east and make a right hand turn at Holiday Trail. Follow to the end of the road into Tropical Palms.
From Orlando Intl Airport take Hwy 417 South to Celebration Exit, Exit 2. Make a right at the end of the off ramp. Go to first traffic light and make a right onto Hwy 192. Go two traffic lights and make a right onto Holiday Trail. Resort will be at the end of Holiday Trail (NOTE: $2.25 in toll fees will be necessary on the Osceola Parkway)

Are pets allowed at Tropical Palms?
We do allow two pets per site and do not restrict by size or breed. Extendable flexi-leashes are not allowed anywhere in Tropical Palms. Your pet must be on a leash (maximum 6 ft.) at all times and may not be left outside unattended. Pet waste must be picked up at all times.
What time is check in/checkout?
Check in time for RVs is 1:00 pm and checkout is 11 a.m.
Check in time for a vacation home is 4:00 p.m. and checkout is 10 am.
Do I have to pay extra for use of the amenities?
The use of Tropical Palms amenities, pools, and sports courts are all included in your stay.
If I reserve a vacation cottage, what am I required to bring?
Each vacation home comes fully equipped with kitchen inventory, local, telephone service, cable TV, towels and linens and a starter pack of coffee, sugar, creamer, paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper and bath soap to get you started when you arrive. We recommend that you bring beach towels for use at the pool.
Does Tropical Palms have a store on site?
We have a general store and a gift shop.
Is there a restaurant on the resort?
The Poolside Cafe is open on the weekends for breakfast, lunch and dinner. During the season we are open every day. We will close during inclement weather. You can also enjoy an ice-cold beer, wine, cooler or soft drink.
Does Tropical Palms have internet access?
Wireless internet is available throughout the resort.
Am I allowed to have guests while staying at Tropical Palms?
Yes, you may have guests visit you while at Tropical Palms. Guests are not allowed in after 11 pm. It is recommended that you alert the Reception Desk when you are expecting guests so they may direct them to your site.
