- For reservations less than one month, payment in full is required at time of booking.
- For reservations of one to two months a 50% deposit is due at booking.
- Reservations of three months or more require one month deposit at time of booking, another
monthly payment due upon arrival and then monthly payments thereafter.
- Payments may be made by most credit cards, checks or money order. Make personal checks and money orders payable to Tropical Palms Resort. Please do not send cash.
If we receive notification of cancellation prior to 24hrs. of arrival will refund all monies paid, less $10.00 per night for the length of your stay with a maximum amount of $70.00 Failure to contact or show will result in no refund. We do not provide refunds for early departures.
Check in time is after 1pm. Please present your confirmation letter. Check out time is by 11am. If you wish to extend your stay, please do so by the day prior to your scheduled departure as reservations take priority over extensions. Tropical Palms is a non-membership RV resort. RV leased sites only.
Vacation Cottage Guests
Check in is after 4pm at the registration desk in the front office. Check out time is 10am. There are no late check outs. When you arrive your Florida vacation home will come equipped with toilet paper, soap, washcloths and towels. These items will be replaced during the weekly cleaning if your stay is longer than one week. If you need fresh towels before your weekly clean a towel change can be purchased in the office for $5.00.
Your credit card will act as your deposit for any damages incurred to the Florida vacation home. If you are paying cash a $300.00 deposit is required.
Only two pets per site. All dogs must be on a leash at all times. No flexi leashes allowed on the resort at any time. Dog waste is to be picked up at all times. Pets are not allowed in any of the public buildings and the pool area. Pets are not to be tied up or crated outside when you are not present. Pets are only allowed in designated cottages.
